Self Storage units in Chantilly, VA, on Lee Road

I’m always super leary about entrusting any self storage place with my belongings, but this place really is top notch! Super clean, super helpful staff. Hands down the best!

I have been storing at this facility for awhile now and the staff are always pleasant whether in person, over the phone or vie email. I especially appreciate the monthly discount and move in specials. All storage facilities raise rates however, few give upfront discounts and tell you they’ll raise your rate ahead of time. And they allow you to change units anytime because the lease is month to month.

Edward Kent, the manager at this site, is invariably attentive and courteous to deal with. He is responsive and exercises initiative to respond to user/customer concerns, and comes across as understanding that he's in charge of a service business, and brings an energetic work ethic to it.

The staff is quick and efficient. The facility is kept very clean and it's secure. There are plenty of dollies in various areas to make moving items much easier. I have been renting for years and have more than 5 rental units.

Has been a relatively clean and accessible place to store things. Not seen any myself, but there are mouse traps in the corners. Although it would seem logical that would be a common issue given management may not have control over what is being stored. Management has been attentive and courteous when needed. Seems as though management has changed a few times.

This a great location. The manager understands the needs of business owners who operate from this facility. It’s one of the only locations in Loudoun County with a legitimate loading dock and it’s close to Rt. 28. Give Ed a call to see the entire facility.

Blown away by the service and attention to detail. I needed to downsize and was able to get a unit that was very close to my old one. It made moving a breeze! Customer Service here is top notch!!!

Would recommend this place to anyone. Prices are good and service is great! Tre helped me with getting my unit, access to the facility, and navigating this facility. Want to say thank you for the excellent customer service!

The staff are really helpful. They are making improvements on the property. My only complaint is they've raised the rent significantly over the last three- four years we have had space there.

I have been a two-time customer at Air and Space Storage for a combined circa10 years. Both times I found them to be the best storage business I have used in the last 20 years and numerous moves. The site was always clean, void of rodents and the climate-controlled area met my access requirements. I would still be a customer if I had storage needs, but will not hesitate to go back if I have a storage need in the future. For those to whom it matters, the close proximity to Dulles airport was convenient for me when flying in/out of the area. Price was cheaper than most in the region...and customer service was always responsive, courteous, and customer oriented.

I think self storage plus is ok in most ways except the rental price keeps going up and up I am finding it may be more affordable to purchase my own storage building . I currently am renting a 10' x 5' climate controlled unit and. Since I started renting a little over a year ago the price has gone up nearly 65% at this rate before long I will be forced to find an alternative source of storage over a thousand dollars a year is too high .

I have been a tenant for almost two years and have been very pleased with my unit and the location. The manager, Adrian is very friendly and accommodating and is always helpful with any questions I have - all of the staff are professional. I upgraded to two units and am happy with everything! Definitely recommend for long-term storage as well as short-term.
