The older guy helped me and was phenomenal. We related on a few things. He was def good vibes . The Lobby is set up very nice. There's plenty of storage units and a variety of sizes . It's very well maintained. Climate control is an option. They have a deal going on right now first month free with c.c and I got a 5x5 and then there's also a certain percentage discount for every month after

I had a great experience renting a unit here. The prices were less than other places I checked. I got an air conditioned unit with easy access. Staff is helpful and friendly.

If moving isn't stressful enough, and all the running round packing and so on the one thing that was painless bang on budget and kinda upgraded was my rental unit today ...the management team where extremely professional with a some humor throw in thank you for all your help today this UK British Brit will definitely recommend

I came in to get some info on pricing for some different storage units. The girl as the desk was very helpful and even walked me around the property to show me a few different storage units to give me an idea of what I might want. She even took the time to write all the pricing down so I would have it to reference later when shopping around. I didn’t come back yet but if i decide to get a unit I will most likely come here.

HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THE Charlestown facility. CHARLES WAS TRAINING A GENTLEMAN AT THE TIME. Charles found the perfect unit for my belongings and I am extremely happy with all that was taken care of in a professional manor. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WAS LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO PUT THEIR TREASURES UNTIL NEEDED.

Looks like someone ran into the back gate. It has been out of commission for at least 3 weeks. Which means anyone has access to the property.. Happy that the management followed up on my review and explained the circumstances with the gate and the timeline for repair. Stipulated that security of the establishment was high on their priority list. Thank you for the reassurance.

He was kind, patient, and helped us through the process of selecting units that met our needs! The units are well-kept and clean. Camera security surveillance adds to peace of mind! I have made many moves over my life and have utilized many storage facilities as a result. I rate Self Storage Plus, and its staff, 5-Star across the board! Chris and Taylor (the on-site team) were both very helpful and were responsive to all my questions...communicating in a timely and professional manner. I met Dan (the owner) and its encouraging that he routinely checks in with, and supports, his on-site team. The storage units themselves are reasonably priced, are secured, and are clean, dry and easily accessible ...whether you have a small or larger delivery truck. Self Storage Plus meets all my requirements in a storage facility!
