Great value and wonderful service. I never thought I’d be writing about how great a storage place could make me feel. In order for my husband to maintain the peace and keep his collection of motorcycles, cars and e-bikes, we needed to get some more room. Our garage is more clean and open now, with just one motorcycle and some bicycles. My husband is there on a weekly basis swapping things out things in his collection. We love the manager there. Suzie is warm and engaging. The place is clean and organized. It is the Cheers of storage unit offices!

He sure helped us in a pinch arriving from the other coast of the U.S. We feel so luckily to have found a place to park our big motorhome and at a reasonable rate we couldn't find anywhere else. What a fantastic, customer-based business! Last Saturday, I needed to move a very heavy safe from a home onto a rental trailer and then haul it 3 hours to another home. I made coordinations with another local service who, after I had already driven 3 hours to where the safe was located, turned out not to be reliable. Last minute, I called Dave at Haymarket Self Storage. He didn’t hesitate to offer his assistance. Dave dropped everything he was doing and, along with another gentlemen, came to the home and loaded the safe onto a trailer. A true class act, he didn’t ask me how I planned to compensate him. He just recognized me as a person in need of help. Without their help, I would have lost out on quite a bit of money in a trailer rental as well as an entire day of travel. I’m so grateful and will recommend Haymarket Self Storage to anyone!
Dave in Haymarket offers customer service that has become rare to find. He was understanding and helpful during my several moves into storage. He was available whenever I found myself needing to contact him. I ended up needing a 10’x15’ and a 10’x10’. I’m glad I was able to give my business to such a super nice guy.
