Visited the Self Storage Plus in Gambrills and was taken care of by Gary! He is such a hoot & was very accommodating, even offering to come in earlier than his office hours to ensure i had access to the facility! Thanks Gary!!

Gambrills Self Storage is wonderful to work with. They provide excellent customer service, contacting you to make sure that they are meeting your needs, whether that means upsizing or downsizing your unit. They refused to over-rent units to us, working with us to get us exactly what we needed. Their facilities are easy to access, clean, and secure. We have worked with them multiple times over the past 15 years and it is always a positive experience.

Have had No issue! Clean and safe! Of course like most people price is getting a little pricey! Being on a fixed income have to account for every penny! Not having a place of my own, don’t have lots of options! Miss Lil and Mr Jay are nice people! Never had issues with either of them! Very helpful! All in all No complaints!

This is the best storage facility in Crofton area. Excellent customer service, all staff was very helpful and friendly. Most of all, they keep the place very clean at all times. I would highly recommend this facility! ?

We love this storage facility! For starters, our unit was ready for us on the appointed day and very clean. I love that the walls go nearly to the ceiling in our climate controlled unit and that the ceiling is clean. But there’s more! Staff is friendly, helpful, and delightful. The hallways are kept clean, and it seemed like special attention was paid to cleanliness during the height of the recent cicada invasion because I would see dead cicadas one day, and they were gone the next! All lighting, security gates, and freight doors always work. The exterior grounds are kept clean as well. On top of all that, rates are very competitive. Highly recommend (and commend) this storage facility!

This facility has execllent service provided by Jay and Lil. I needed a place to quickly store things from the passing of a loved one as I was unable at the time to find a way to move the items out of state. They have always been kind and helpful during the six years I used their services. They even assisted me in finding a way to finally get my belonging to me out of state. The storage unit is clean and safe. After six years all my belongings were in the condition they were when I put them there. I highly recommend this place if you have storage needs!

Just closed out my storage unit. However, I have been using this storage unit for the last 6 years and have never had any problems. The rates are great. And Jay and Lil are amazing! Love that I don't have to use storage anymore, however I will miss Jay and Lil tremendously! Would 1000% recommend this facility to anyone and everyone!

I've had storage units for as long as I can remember, and Self Storage Plus in Gambrills is the cleanest and friendliest by far. I live in Washington, DC and it's well worth the drive. Jay and Lil are fabulous property managers. And the office always smells so good! Highly recommend!

Today was bittersweet as I cleaned out the storage unit I’ve had for 2 years. The process to rent was smooth, I never worried about someone breaking into my unit, I was contacted if changes were to occur and they responded to my calls, they have large pull carts, the customer service has been excellent my entire time renting, and I didn’t have any pest issues. They took care of my valuable items. I would recommend Self Storage Plus Gambrills to any and everyone.

This was my first time renting an off-site storage unit. My experience with Self Storage Plus was awesome! The unit was indoors, on the first floor, and climate controlled. There were no issues with rodents or pests. Very clean facility with easy access. Well lite in the hallways. I only wished for my own individual light in my unit, but I don't think that is normal. We kept a battery operated LED inside if we needed it.
