Update: the new manager, Raphael is exceptional. He was amazingly helpful when one of the locks on my unit was malfunctioning. He worked closely with me to ensure that the lock was replaced and working properly. I appreciate his follow through and dependability. I can see how hard he is working all by himself there. The other day the manager Vipul, was able to help me out in a major way. Was able to get the unit I needed at the time I needed it. Storage unit was clean and ready to go. I can definitely say I had excellent service.

The place is well kept and secured. I got a indoor unit and there is plenty of elevators and carts to easily access it. The general Manager, Mr. Mehta, was very helpful with the check in process. He will work with you and check to make sure your gate code is working and show you to your unit and which entrances is best to access it. 5/5 stars for Mr. Mehta and the facility!

Extremely responsive by phone and email plus the entire leasing process can be done virtually in minutes! They’ve accommodated every single request we’ve made…some of which have admittedly been a bit extra. Who knew a self storage facility could have such a positive impact!
