The assistant manager Rob was very helpful today. I had reserved a unit online yesterday and I got a phone call from him asking if I had any questions. He answered all my questions. I went in today and he got everything set up for me. He made the process quick and painless. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. He showed me how everything worked and was super helpful. 5 star customer service!!

I have to say that Brenda, the manager at the Ranson location, provided the most diligent and helpful customer service I have experienced anywhere in recent memory! My sister and I each rent a unit and I started getting notified mistakenly that I was being billed for her unit. You’d think that would be any easy correction, but the corporate system made fixing it anything but transparent. But Brenda sorted it all out and made no less than 4 calls to me and my sister explaining the issue and the solution — including one on a Sunday, responding the same day to my original voice mail? That’s what I call world class customer service??
Stored at the Mildred St. location for almost two years. Facility is clean, safe and accessible . Employees are very helpful and courteous, especially Chris and Charles! Just as I was leaving, due to no longer needing storage, their pricing started to escalate. I'm not sure if their rates are still competitive after the price increases.

Excellent customer service. The staff at Self Storage Plus, in Ranson, are the most pleasant and helpful people. They were accommodating and understanding of my needs. I have dealt with them on two separate occasions storing goods for years at a time. The units are clean, I specifically use climate control, and spacious. The prices are reasonably competitive and fit my budget. Oh, and you can do everything online setup and pay your bill.
Outstanding customer service and accommodation! Charles took the time to show me all of the options that were available prior to selecting a unit to fit my needs. He also walked me through all of the paperwork, which made it quick and easy. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for good prices and great service!!
I've been a customer of self storage plus Ranson for the last 6 months now. This establishment and the employees there have been nothing but great to me. They have been extremely accommodating and their customer service has been wonderful. Both Chris and Charles have helped me out many times by making sure I was getting the right unit for my storage needs, at the best rate possible. The facility is always clean and organized, and you never have to go on a man hunt to find an employee. Any issue I've ever had has always been addressed promptly. The location is perfect, convenient and the property is safe and secure.
