One of the best storage locations I've had, the representatives were very friendly and helpful over the phone and helped me select and lock in the specific unit that I was looking for. It's also well maintained and the bathrooms actually look clean. Units are easy to get too I was able to get help from the on site team when one of the locks I purchased had pins break in the unit. Overall would highly recommend.

Have had a unit at this location twice, Donte who works there has been so excellent helping me with everything, he helped me with shopping and viewing units and helps with questions asked. The place is always clean, secure and pretty quiet for the most part. Busy times can occur on weekends.

Donte has excellent customer service. He made sure my move in was smooth as pumpkin pie even tho I was a little stressed, and I did give him some attitude……. because moving is very stressful. however he still remain calm and cool and was very patience with me. I know I can be a lot sometimes so I want to give a very special thank you to the manager donte for making my day and save me some money at the same time thanks storage plus need more like him???

I have a very meticulous need for storage and I have always stored around the DMV area for work. I seem to always get the greatest places around. This one here is climate controlled, access ode required on all doors, very clean and staff is amazing with understanding your needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We needed a storage space on very short notice. The guys were amazing, they got us signed up and settled so fast! Facility is secure, climate controlled, easy to navigate, and we've been very happy there. I highly recommend.

I came into office 5 minutes before closing and Dawn showed me around. She really did not have to do it in the rain, but she insisted we tour the property. She was patient and kind to answer all the questions and concerns that we had. She was not rushing me out the door to close the store. She is a gem to this store.

This is the very best storage place I have ever used. Not only is the place immaculately clean, but they do a daily round of all the units and today let me know that my lock was incorrectly set making the contents of my unit accessible. I never had such great oversight of my stored goods. And Dawn runs the office efficiently and pleasantly. It’s a pleasure to store with them!

I love the ability to book everything online. All I had to do was sign the final contract in person which was quick and efficient. Staff was helpful and attentive. Carts are conveniently placed and the facility was very clean and well lit.

Easy peasy to reserve. Employees were nice. The place was spotless. Would rent again. Watch out for the bike trail that goes right through the driveway almost.

This is my first time renting a storage unit since college days. This storage facility is brand new, clean, and centrally located to many businesses and condos in Reston, VA. General Manager, Dawn is fabulous ! She knowledgeable and engaging with her clientele. Great location, very clean storage facility and a knowledgeable leader (GM) makes this place tops in my book.

I've rented a unit with Self Storage Plus on the 3rd Floor since June, 2021 and so far I have no complaints. The facility is always clean and the staff, Dawn and recently Tavis, are very courteous and helpful. I thought they were a little pricey but after comparing with local competitors, turns out Self Storage Plus rates are competitive. I would recommend them.

I came in inquiring about storage units for my business and was unsure of what size I should be looking at for the type of business that I run. Dawn and Tavis were very patient with me and explained all the different sizes of storage units and the type of insurance coverage I could pair along with it. They explained what size they think would fit me and my business and took their time since I told them I was absolutely clueless about the process. With both of their efforts I was able to have a painless introduction to storage. Also another point that I loved was that they did not pressure me to walk out the door with a unit so that I could think about my options. AMAZING customer service from both of them!

The storage is clean, nice and convenient as it is close to where I live. We got a 10x8 and it fits our needs and it is also a plus that the storage is 11” high. The staff is super nice and friendly and the process of getting the paperwork done was easy, quick and smooth. Mary answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. She also accommodated our request to see the unit the day before we were scheduled to occupy it. I do wish, however, that they have bigger/longer dollies and also to have mattress dollies. Other than those 2 things everything is great!
