The first experience was wonderful, our handler is Lanika. She answered all of our questions, knowledgeable and extremely nice. We have not rented yet, but the services was just so awesome that we have to give her a shout out.
My only complaint is that it's really annoying to have to stand in the automatic doorway to keep it from re-locking while you're trying to move things to and from a storage unit and a vehicle, which honestly, I mean, the alternative is worse security so.... fair? The folks here are great, it's a nice clean facility with good secure access and bright overhead lights and they were enormously helpful finding us enough space for our somewhat unreasonable quantity of stuff. Great experience so far, anticipating continuing to do business with them for many months.

THIS STORAGE BUILDING IS CLIMATE CONTROL, IF ITS AN BUSINESS ACCOUNT YOU HAVE 24 HOUR ACESS TO YOUR UNIT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING, THE MANAGEMENT IS DOING A GREAT JOB. Here we are 8 months later my rental fees have sky rocked to $178.00 just a month ago $150.00 that's an increase of $28.00 a month....... almost 20% increase......... "I'm busting out"
I looked for several months to find a storage facility that met all my criteria. I found Self Storage Plus and easily booked a Very fairly priced storage unit. I went the same day and was greeted by Q, the manager. They were so helpful and friendly. Answered all of my questions even before I asked them. Q’s thorough tour and explanations were great for a beginner storage renter like me. The facilities are clean, there’s a restroom and nice carts to move your belongings to storage with ease. I would recommend this place to all. 10/10
Staff is pleasant, professional & knowledgeable . Building is well lit and well maintained. Pricing is very good. If things work out I'll be moving from a competitors non temp controlled facility to self storage plus before it gets too hot.

The rates here are extremely reasonable and the staff has always been very kind and helpful. I especially enjoyed the help I received today from a very kind and funny woman, her name was Q "Like the letter" she said ? (My apologies though, I should have asked how you spell it). She made my experience very pleasant when I thought a payment had been made but I found out it actually had not. If I have ever had an issue with needing a little more time to pay they have worked with me. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone. ??
The staff were extremely helpful at getting me setup and signed out successfully. I originally signed up online with a great deal for a unit I thought would serve my needs perfectly; however, the staff wanted to make sure I would be happy with the unit prior to completing the paperwork. This was a good thing since I definitely didn't want the unit I originally signed up for. They got me in an appropriate unit and still ensured I got a good deal. My closeout when just as seamless. If I need to use self storage again, I will definitely reach out to them.
This is a new facility and the communication with the staff has been by far the best that I have experienced. If you have a problem they will be sure to get back to you to fix the issue in record time. The lady that I see on the premises is the young assistant manager or manager and she definitely goes out the way with the best customer service and friendly's attitude by far. Oh yeah, second the price and promotions are the best and it is a very nice facility. Their prices can't be beat. This place is so clean so neat you cannot beat it and cameras are all over the place and sensors.
