Don’t waste your time with this company. They have no experience in customer service and need additional training, including the manager whose name she stated with Eric, but not quite sure if she was even telling the truth. When you bring an issue to them they will constantly interrupt you and make smart comments towards you stating it’s not there job. They will refuse to take your payment over the phone even though other options are unavailable and charge a convenience fee.

Emergency line doesn’t work. Company does not prorate or try to make right any wrongs. Office help is argumentative and tries to twist around conversations in their favor. Had a job to do. Arrived to pick up items needed for a job. They had placed a lock on door. Tried to call the emergency line but no one answers. It just hangs up on you. My unit had been paid on time. Unable to speak to anyone for 3 hours. Cost me half a day. But also costed me another half day to do the job because now others will have to wait until the job is done. When brought up to office help, I was told “Everyone makes mistakes. Don’t you ever make mistakes.” Of course I do but I look out for my customers. Since the company was sold, the new ownership, which is a corporation has lost the personal aspect. Word to the wise, when you’re in the wrong don’t be combative and try to act like you’re a lawyer and try to pick apart what a customer says and belittle their concerns. It makes your company look petty.
