Awsome facility. Well organized and the management is top notch, professional and responsive. Glenn Kapsch was especially helpful getting us through the registration process and access to our units! Highly recommend them.

Glenn was super helpful while working to find parking spots for two trailers. He helped research various space sizes and locations in the lot, including taking me out to see the spaces in person so I could see access for the spaces in the lot. He was also able to merge all my contracts under a single account (I already had a parking space as an existing customer). The white glove service by Glenn made the process much simpler for me as the customer. Thank you!

An outstanding experience. Did not wake up this morning planning to check out storage. Went there ("on the spur of the moment") and ended up sold on the idea. The saleslady, Nancy Apolonio, was very kind, professional and helpful. Wanted/needed to do this for years, and now it seems like we will. I am still trying to find the words to say thank you to Glenn Kapsch! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to downsize my unit. He was so very pleasant and helpful. I was supposed to be removing somethings from my unit on that day but after Glenn's helpful consideration of my circumstances I was so overjoyed and grateful that all I could do was go home fall on my knees and thank God. Expert considerate and kind customer service representative yes but you can tell he is just a genuine downright nice person. Glad I had the awesome privilege of meeting you Glenn!!!!! Five star customer service. Oh by the way the units are very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

The units are super clean and have lighting which is super helpful. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, especially Glenn! He’s always welcoming and has a smile on his face. He offered my parents and I cold waters while we were working in the extreme heat to unload our truck! I highly recommend New Market Mini Storage!

Called last week to get some pricing on units and sizing for my upcoming move to the area. Spoke to a wonderful associate named Glenn who was very courteous and helpful thru the entire query. He explained everything thoroughly and was upfront about all pricing! He definitely sold me on choosing this location to do my business!

Glenn helped us with our move out and was very helpful and accommodating, he also provided us with water which on a hot day goes a long way. Once we need space in the area again we will definitely be a return customer

LOVE THIS PLACE. Very clean and secure. I can't recommend them highly enough. A very pleasant experience during hectic moving to a new home. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN...did I say how clean this place is???

This place is a great place to store things large (RV) and small (car parking space). I have/have had both and never felt like my stuff was in bad hands. Nancy, Corey and the crew keep the place in good shape. The security systems are always workimg as they should, there is easy access to the place from I-70 and there is plenty of room to maneuver on the property. Would recommend to others.

Great quality service. And I felt like family
