The facility is clean, well lit and secure. There are multiple hand trucks available to assist with moving items into and out of the storage lockers. The units are fairly priced and the staff is friendly and helpful. Becca, store manager at Leitersburg made the entire process smooth and uneventful. This was the second time I used Valley storage at Leitersburg and will use them again should I need storage in the future.

When I decided to move to Hagerstown, the first place I went was the Self Storage Leitersburg. Becca the manager was so welcomed and helpful that we just started to felt in Love with Hagerstown. From that day to our last at that storage she and her team have been providing a high customer service online as on site to me and family. Helped a friend move and this was where he had his stuff. The big carts made it real easy. Only complaint would be that the hallways are pretty narrow.

The storage facility is very clean. They provide moving carts to help you get your things from your vehicle to your storage space. The exterior is well lit and gated. It seems very secure. My only complaint would be that the lighting on the interior is mainly focused in the hallways. So that inside your actual storage unit, it is dark and you need to provide some source of lighting yourself.

I’ve rented from this storage facility three times, and every time my unit had a major obstruction that reduced the usable space, yet I was still charged full price. My most recent unit had a 4-foot-tall, 5-foot-wide, 3-foot-deep concrete wall inside a 5×10 space, making it closer to a 5×7 unit. I tried to resolve the issue but couldn’t reach anyone. I left three voicemails for the regional manager over two weeks and never received a call back. From the start, the experience was frustrating there’s no office on-site, the location that manages this one rarely answers calls, and the call center can’t assist because they don’t even have a map of the property. For what they charge, there should be proper support and accurate unit listings. I don’t recommend renting here unless you want to be stressed and overcharged. Try North End Storage instead, they offer better prices, more unit sizes, 24-hour access, and staff who actually help you. I give two stars because I did eventually get through after almost a month of trying and was given a refund and although I hate a terrible experience the place is clean and nice (as long as you don’t get a unit with an obstruction) but it is not worth the poor customer service and lack of assistance.

Absolutely disgusting. Bugs everywhere, floors dirty, do not recommend!! Stay Away!!
