Sorry people…I was going to give you 5 stars because I was able to get a storage unit online from up in Wisconsin and have it waiting for me…to then down size to a smaller unit with no hassle at all…but for me to keep it paid up ahead for a month then to find out that after only needing the storage for the first 5 days of said month and not get back any of that money…170 dollars paid for only 5 days of using storage plus I made sure it was cleaned just as I had 1st got it…that’s wrong…people should get something back when they don’t use it the whole month

I would not move in here unless you want your items damaged and destroyed, worst company that will lock your stuff out in 4 days from due date when your trying to move your stuff out before paying again due to damage and won’t even prorate your move out, just take your whole month like they are owed it. Just worst company, customer service and employees that will just tell you that they can’t be sure my stuff wasn’t like that when it came from a secure uhaul inside climate control units into yours and now I have damaged items. Update* the new store manager drags her feet on your insurance claim so it takes a month for the insurance company to wait and not recieve the information from the new manager (who will never give it but repeatedly ask for your pictures of the damage) so dont expect a check for your broken and damaged items in a quick manor at all. I could not be more disappointed with the facility or the insurance they use. $4000 in damages and just keep waiting. Ridiculous.
