Everything was fine until I quickly received a rent increase. I understand that rent increases can happen and will. However I think it shouldn’t happen before a customer has even been there for a year. As a former employee. I saw rent increases a ton, and it’s ultimately why Valley cannot keep any customers long term. If you take care of your people, they won’t leave. Rent increases as often as they happen- I’d expect your facilities to all be pristine and constantly having renovations done to make it even better than it is. Tabler Station location is only as good as it is because of your manager, Liz. I have zero complaints about her. My issues resonate more with the company and how it’s being ran. I’d recommend reducing the amount of rent increases you do unless you’re going to work on redoing your facilities.
