As soon as I reserved my unit online through the Valley Storage website, the on-site manager Chris was on top of making sure to reach out and finish all the details to my reservation. The paperwork was quick, easy, and done in minutes. Not to mention, even when the customer service agent had computer difficulties, she stayed very informative and kind.

I first learned about Valley Storage from a Google search. The storage options and location were exactly what I was looking for. After signing the lease online, I was contacted by the location manager where she filled me in on details I would need for using the facility. She mentioned the office carried locks, which I needed, and was able to purchase over the phone. She left the lock in my unit (nice touch), so I could save a trip. Overall great experience.

They like to collect your money but they find it difficult to refund you once you cancel a service and are due a refund. Two weeks have passed since I was owed a refund and the manager has not initiated the refund. This is the worst customer service you can ever imagine. I had to call my bank to initiate a dispute. Avoid being owed a refund. They will find every means to hold on to your refund and hope you forget.

This is the worse self storage I have ever had. After 2 months they are trying to sell you shit. Late fee is higher than your monthly fee.

When it was Valley Storage,this place was great but when the change over happened and no notification was sent out and also being put on autopay without permission. I moved all of my stuff out of that unit and the other unit I had at a different location. The one female in there was absolutely a dream to work with on handling my concerns but everyone else, absolutely was horrible. Also raising rates by 40% or more every 6 months is absolutely insane.

As a new potential customer looking to rent several units for my expanding business needs. I stopped by on my way home to see the property and get quotes to compare. When I walked into the office a young boy was on the phone with a customer. It only took a few short minutes for me to leave for two reasons. First the manner in which he was handling the call was not desirable. Secondly I seen that he had the names of the banks with the entire account number wrote down displayed for anyone and everyone to see it, all anyone would need is the ABA number which you can find on a Google search. I understand being inexperienced however this is a security matter. Obviously this company has no regards in protecting their own information, how can I trust in them to keep my personal information and the things I would have in their storage unit private, safe and secure. I would imagine that at the least this has to violate some laws and policies. I can not do business with a company that operates so carelessly with their own private sensitive information. How safe is my private personal information and belongings here. If this is allowed what else is being allowed to go on or is being done with customer information. I won’t be renting from here or any of their locations.

Recent ownership change from Valley Storage to Self Storage Plus is a disaster. I have been renting at this location for years. The former Site Managers were wonderful, new management not so much. They put my rent payments on autopay without permission. I moved out of 1 of my units, with appropriate notice, they charged me anyway and are doing nothing about refunding my money after I requested it.
