After signing the lease online, I was contacted by the location manager where she filled me in on details I would need for using the facility. She mentioned the office carried locks, which I needed, and was able to purchase over the phone. She left the lock in my unit (nice touch), so I could save a trip. Overall great experience.

Recent ownership change from Valley Storage to Self Storage Plus is a disaster. I have been renting at this location for years. The former Site Managers were wonderful, new management not so much. They put my rent payments on autopay without permission. I moved out of 1 of my units, with appropriate notice, they charged me anyway and are doing nothing about refunding my money after I requested it.
