I have been using this storage place for a while now and Ms. Tony and Mr. David are awesome. Love the service and the workers!

Absolutely amazing facility, the office, grounds and restrooms are always clean. Storage units are offered at reasonable and affordable pricing. The friendly staff knows how to make you feel like your more than just a customer, they treat you like family. Especially the manager on staff, Toni. She’s such a sweetheart. She helps take care of your storage needs with such a positive attitude. This is the best location and best deals with excellent customer service.

Absolutely unreal experience. I rented two storage units the same day, one under my name and one under my wife’s. We are both authorized on each other’s accounts, which was already on file. I was moving cars into the units and the front desk lady immediately became hostile. She demanded paperwork — fine, no problem. Then she gave me a hard time because I didn’t have my physical ID even though I had a valid digital copy, which she accepted at first. When I brought the vehicle paperwork, she suddenly refused it because the car going into my wife’s unit was registered under my name — even though I had current registration and again, we are both authorized on both units. At this point it felt like she was just looking for reasons to argue. Her tone kept getting louder and more aggressive. I calmly asked why she was being so rude and hostile, and it only escalated. I even offered a simple solution: register the Miata under my wife’s name and swap which car goes into which unit. She flat-out said no — even though that was exactly the paperwork she was demanding. After staying calm through all of this, I finally pointed out that it made no sense, and instead of resolving it like a professional, she terminated the lease on the spot, started yelling that the cars had to leave immediately, and threatened to call the cops — which she actually did. The police showed up and, unsurprisingly, did nothing because I hadn’t done anything wrong. I’ve rented from multiple Self Storage Plus locations and have never been treated like this or had any issue storing vehicles. This was hands down the most disrespectful, unprofessional, power-tripping behavior I’ve ever dealt with from a storage facility. If you value being treated like a human being, avoid this location. Policies are applied inconsistently, and the staff would rather escalate and call police than do their job or communicate respectfully.
