I have been renting a unit from a larger chain and while they are courteous they keep increasing my rent by $20.00 a year and will not negotiate. I visited Triangle Self Storage and found a comparable unit at a much lower price, and Tiffani was very professional and friendly. The units are clean and I look forward to moving in. This is an update on my original review and I have now moved out five years later. They have had a few other managers that have been professional and courteous as well. The rates are still reasonable. I no longer need a storage space, but would come back in a heart beat if I need to. 2 years later and I am back once again. The prices are a little higher. But that was to be expected. They are still very professional and courteous. I am glad to know that there are still people out here that still want to earn your business and not take you for granted.
