Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, the people who assisted me were professional and very helpful. I recently changed units (needed a different size) and they made the entire process very easy. The facility is climate-controlled, clean and secure. I highly recommend these folks!

This is a well lit, clean and safe facility for me to store my things. I feel comfortable accessing my unit anytime. Staff is very helpful! Very happy here.

Have been using storage plus for years. Haven’t had a problem until I saw this unit. It is not full size but l shaped so I’m missing a good chunk of storage space but I’m still laying the same price as others with full space. I would have got another unit but they didn’t have any others this size.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained and clean. Beware that storage rates increase regularly after renting.

I received a piece of mail telling me that I would have an over 50% increase in my renewal. I reached out to the facility and received written confirmation that the increase was cancelled. Once I logged into my payment portal, I saw that a new increase was now added. I’ve tried emailing to follow up and they refuse to reply or even acknowledge receipt of the emails. Trying to call when I’ve told them if I can’t trust their written, how can I trust verbal communication? I’m quite disappointed in this situation. I’ve even forwarded the original written confirmation of no increase, so why this is still going on almost a week later is ridiculous. Update: I escalated my issue to the customer service email and they left me a voicemail asking me to call back. As soon as I called back I was just transferred to the Ashburn location and put on hold for a few minutes before needing to leave a message. I have yet to hear back and my auto payment has gone through already. Update #2: Logged into my portal to see a much more reasonable increase.

Let that sink in: nearly double the agreed-upon rent with no meaningful justification other than corporate greed and opportunism. And while they’ll try to hide behind the fine print (“we reserve the right to change rent with 30 days’ notice”), this is a textbook example of predatory business tactics designed to lure customers in with low rates, only to trap them with exorbitant price hikes once their belongings are already stored and moving becomes difficult or impossible. ? ? We are so happy to be leaving this place! -no one is EVER in the office. Office hours are NOT as posted. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. -place is musty, smells very dirty, carpets and keypads are filthy -they deliberately ignored our emails showing we had our own insurance, and then they had the gall to charge us for THEIR insurance. This has been a repeated problem for the past several years. -rates go up continuously, with little warning, multiple times in a year -I feel they did NOT honor the discount agreement with my company. They will lie about this and claim you are getting some sort of an online discount or make up reasons why you can’t use another discount. The reality is, everyone seems to pay basically the same high rate and they just pretend like everyone is getting a discount. I only learned this because my coworker and I started comparing rates, and were surprised to find we were paying the same despite only one of us supposedly having the discount applied. The only good thing is the large parking bay that makes loading and unloading fairly easy. Does that make up for the sketchy, non-transparent “discounts” and scammy insurance charges? We didn’t think so.
