Edit: I just received my invoice and my rental rate has gone up from $76 to $124. There was no warning and when I signed the contract January 2025, I was never told that my rate would increase. It hasn’t even been 6 months or 1 year. Again, I was never told that the rate was for a certain time. I have tried calling and even left a voicemail, no one has replied.

Well… a year later, my rate increased from $180 to $260 per month. Absolutely insane. I called them to find out why and all I kept getting was “It’s system generated… it’s system generated.” Well the system was put in place by a person who deemed it necessarily to screw ppl over as if money grows on trees. Why not $10 or $20? Why an $80 increase??! Ridiculous. Had I known I would’ve never moved in.
