The staff are fantastic though, I’d rent here just for the customer service alone. (Think counter height) but the listing didnt mention heights so i dont know how i was supposed to know that. The desk lady treated me like an idiot who was supposed to know thats what locker means? Which i will admit to upsetting me because theres no need to be condescending to someone that doesnt work in your field. I have tons of knowledge from my field that you wouldnt know because you dont work in it. That doesnt mean id be shitty to you and talk down to you because you dont know. She then offered to upgrade the reservation to a regular height unit after telling me that the elevator doesnt work so id have to climb the stairs with my stuff. Now one of the employees ( who all my interactions so far have been great) was told to reach out to me via their manager and stated to me that the elevator not operating is not the preventing me from moving out- let it be known one flight of stairs and on the other side of where my storage is located via lease agreement- and that I would need to pay for the month and still no time frame for when the elevators will be operational.

Called again wednesday from 8am to 11am 5/6 times, no one at facility to pickup and help me with cancellation. What is Pathetic way to handle customer, there is online option to book and reserve and there is no option to cancel online.

Came in the other day & they were closing the building at 11:30 am even though I don’t see any lunch break hours on this stores location. I asked the staff why my storage unit rent almost doubled in price & they told me that is normal. I asked if I should then expect my rent to be almost $350 next month, and they said the only way to prevent that would to be to move all of my stuff into a new storage unit (same size)…. I was polite and said I will then come back to do so. A few minutes later I go inside to go to my unit and the same workers are in the middle of mocking me to each other. I felt extremely uncomfortable to walk in to them talking about me, and laughing about me, for simply asking why my rent almost doubled in price.
